The absolute best views of any rental property in Ocean City are also the cheapest! The Oceanic Motel at the southwest tip of Ocean City is old and a little run-down.....but the WOW location factor would be enough for me if I didn't live here.......The inlet, the harbor, the boats, ten step fishing, and a very "local" and friendly staff make up for the lack of amenities..........IMHO! I have seen this couple fishing the inlet several times, inspiring! Love the light.
"Little Bill" Purnell cleaning one of his racing boats, I asked him if he ever got to take it out for "fun"..........only holds two people he said, the waiting list is long and I'm not on it.........lol!
